Appointed by the Holy See on January 23rd, 2019 at the V General Assembly of the Sodalitium in Aparecida, Brazil.

Functions :
With the delegated authority of the Superior General, he is responsible for the achievement, management and supervision of the temporal goods of the community in order for them to serve the life and mission of the Sodalitium.

From the lay nature of the Institute, it promotes the reflection and management of temporal goods from the incarnatory dynamism of Jesus Christ, in order that the common mission of the Sodalits, their communities, apostolic works, and investments, are ordered to the plan desired by God.

It seeks to manage the gifts received from the principles of the Social Doctrine of the Church, and uses corporate governance tools for straight and efficient organizational, administrative and financial management, with high ethical and legal standards.

Biography :

He was born in Quito, Ecuador in 1978. He studied Business Administration at the Universidad De La Sabana in Bogotá (Colombia). He has a master’s degree in Social Doctrine of the Church from the Pontifical University of Salamanca (Spain). He studied Executive Leadership at the University of Oxford (England), and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Theology at the Augustin Institute in Denver (United States). He has been a member of the Sodalitium since 2001 and made his commitments of full apostolic availability in perpetuity in 2017. He has served apostolically with youth and families in several Latin American countries, and for seven years he served as a professor in the Vice-Rectorate of Formation at the University of Salvador in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Since 2013 he has served in Temporalities.
