This day was held in order to advance the work of the Programs and the Manuals of Functions and Procedures of each one of the stages of the initial training itinerary.

The stages are articulated in the unity of a formative process, so that each of them corresponds to the initiation, deepening – appropriation and consolidation of the dimensions of Sodalit formation, seen in the light of the four dimensions of reconciliation.

The Formation Programs are a concretion of the development of the Ratio formationis for the stages of initial formation, which is why our brother Mijailo Bokan participated, as coordinator of the Ratio team.

Likewise, F. Alejandro Gallego, from the Department of Spirituality of the Sodalitium, accompanied the work to be aware of the necessary material to be developed in view of the Program for candidates for the priesthood.

Francisco Aninat and Julio Muriel, brothers from our community, who have the competence and experience in pedagogy to offer their guidance to the team, also participated in the conference.

Finally, F. Héctor Velarde, coordinator of the Programs team, shared: “we work from an experience of Sodalit communion, because we are born as an apostolic community around our Mother and because it is an ecclesial way of contributing to formation”.
