Solidarity in Action Brazil Receives the Human Rights and Diversity Seal in Its 7th Edition
This past December, Solidarity in Action Brazil (SOMAR) announced on its website that its ‘Polishing Diamonds’ project was awarded the Human Rights and Diversity Seal, a recognition granted by the Municipal Secretariat of Human Rights and Citizenship of São Paulo.

About ‘Polishing Diamonds’
This project aims to positively impact the lives of children and adolescents aged 7 to 18, facilitating their comprehensive development and strengthening principles and values that empower them to become agents of change in their communities.
Polishing Diamonds offers workshops in music, dance, arts, English, and computer science, always placing each beneficiary at the center of the learning process. The approach challenges participants with real-life situations, enabling them to take an active role in their own development.
