Development Center “Areté” launches Virtual School of Reconciliation

Medellín, 11/8/14, (Sodalit News – Colombia). Areté, the Center of Integral Development of the Person, announces the realization of the first and second blocks of the Virtual School “Psychotherapy of Reconciliation” which will take place in this second semester of 2014.

From August until December the psychotherapy school will be open especially for all psychologists, psychology students, social workers, educators and other related professions and those interested in the area of psychology.

This workshop will be divided into two different blocks in order to separate the education to be imparted in the best way possible. The first block will be open to all those who have not registered in the call that was made last semester. It will begin on the 4th of August and will end on the 1st of December, having the following as the main theme: “Anthropological basis and foundations of Psychotherapy of Reconciliation”.

The second block will be open to all those who have passed the first block that took place last semester. It will begin on the 11th of August and will end on the 8th of December with the theme “Fundamental developments of Psychotherapy of Reconciliation”. The duration of the School will be 40 hours for each module, an average of 10 hours per week.

The Areté Center, together with Cirilus (Catholic Center of Long-distance education, initials in Spanish), has also developed a virtual workshop that will have “Reconcile emotional-affective wounds” as its theme. It is a workshop in which the participants will be able to learn about affectivity and acquire some means and tools to grow in emotional maturity; to understand what an emotional-affective wound is, the different types of wounds, and to know the relationship they have to sexuality; and finally to acquire different tools for the reconciliation of the emotional-affective wounds.

This workshop with begin on the 11th of August and will take place on the virtual platform of Cirilus, led by Humberto Del Castillo Drago, psychologist and member of the Sodalitium Christianae Vitae, who is also the current general director of the Areté Center.
